    Reminds me, I couldn't find it there, but if anyone knows of an online translation, or better yet, a book translation of Theodor Mommsen's "Romisches Staatsrecht" (Roman Constitutional Law), please direct me to it !! Been from time to time looking for it for several years now.

      The Guttenberg only has it in German www.gutenberg.org/browse/authors/m#a1105 but it you opened it as HTML is there not some tricky web thing which could translate it ?
